A great woman who I wished I knew better
But we lived an ocean and a world apart
You no longer being with us is bittersweet
I guess I'm just selfish, because I want you to stay
But I know you're in a better place
No more suffering, no more pain
You are now with the love of your life
I guess it's the cycle of life
You were my last living grandparent
So now I just have my parents
And I fear the day I have to say goodbye to them
This is my goodbye

Sorry about your lost. My friend lost her mom today too. My sympathies and prayers are with you and your family.
I hugged her one last time and left africa.. An ocean and a world apart. I cried and cried and am in danger of shedding more tears b4 I'm over it.. I love you forever and always your grandchild
My condolences to you and your family. I hope that you guys find comfort and peace knowing that she is in a better place, no suffering and no more pain like you said. Keep in mind that eventhough she may no longer be here in your presence she, you always will have the memories.
I'm soooo sorry hun. You're right she's in a better place. And now you just have extra person watching over you!

How did I miss this one? Oh man...i'm sorry for your loss. :( Grandmas are DA BESS. I'm sure she was a wonderful lady. May she rest in eternal peace.
